Data Sharing Preferences

Certain states give their residents the right to opt out of certain data sharing practices, including those that could constitute “selling” or “sharing” under these state laws. For more information on our data sharing practices, please review our

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, or Connecticut, you may ask us for the following data sharing preferences:

· Do Not Share or Sell: you can opt out of “sales” of personal information about you

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you may ask us for the following additional data sharing preferences:

· Access: you can request access to personal information we’ve collected about you
· Delete: you can ask us to delete personal information we’ve collected from you
· Correct: you can ask us to correct personal information we’ve collected from you

You can submit your request by using the web form below or by calling us toll-free at 1-833-760-0303. If you want to correct your data, please select the “Access My Information” tab and include a note in the “Request Details” section of the web form. If you want to exercise more than one of these rights, please make a separate submission for each request type, which will help us handle your requests more effectively. Please be aware that we will process your requests in the order we receive them.

Whether you use the web form or call us, we will need information from you to confirm your state of residence, to determine if we have personal information about you, and, for access and deletion requests, to verify your identity. We may also need to contact you about your request, and you can choose the contact method you would like us to use. For authorized representatives making a request on behalf of another individual, we may require that the individual whose information is
being requested first provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, or we will require that the individual verify their own identify directly.

Please be aware there might be circumstances where we will not take the action you requested. For example, if we’re unable to verify your identity and confirm where you reside, we may deny your access or deletion request, as permitted by law. In addition, we may fully or partially deny your deletion request if legally recognized exceptions or exemptions apply.

We will inform third-party vendors we work with that your personal information has been updated, corrected or erased, as applicable.

We will not deny, charge different prices for, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services if you choose to exercise these rights.
