Whether you use the web form or call us, we will need information from you to confirm your state of residence, to determine if we have personal information about you, and, for access and deletion requests, to verify your identity. We may also need to contact you about your request, and you can choose the contact method you would like us to use. For authorized representatives making a request on behalf of another individual, we may require that the individual whose information is
being requested first provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, or we will require that the individual verify their own identify directly.
Please be aware there might be circumstances where we will not take the action you requested. For example, if we’re unable to verify your identity and confirm where you reside, we may deny your access or deletion request, as permitted by law. In addition, we may fully or partially deny your deletion request if legally recognized exceptions or exemptions apply.
We will inform third-party vendors we work with that your personal information has been updated, corrected or erased, as applicable.
We will not deny, charge different prices for, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services if you choose to exercise these rights.
